"What a joke. I paid $22.85 to have my order delivered within 48 hours (not even overnight, as is promised IN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY) since I desperately needed it by that time. When my order was nowhere to be found, I reached out to customer service and discovered that shipping had been delayed. I had to run around like a crazy person to get my files printed locally to get a project completed on time. Overnight prints refused to refund the entire shipping charge - they refunded me SIX DOLLARS instead.
Obviously I will never use this business again."

In order to “fix” the problem I had to send an image of the errors (all of them), then call and try to get new ones re-made. I was only able to get 75% of them remade for free.
I could not honor the timeline I promised my client, which left me embarrassed as a Designer and had to discount my fee.
As a Professional Designer I don't understand how a professional printer could let a sub-standard product leave the shop.
I have had a problem with Overnight Prints quality before but never in such a large scale.
