My first run of cards I had printed by them looked fine so I got new ones and this time the print is smudged and completely off center! It looks like I cut the cards myself with a pair of scissors. When I complained they told me " Due to our cutting process, we do not guarantee a perfectly centered cut. Our cuts can shift up from 1/16th to 1/8th of an inch in any direction. Based on the photos provided and the files submitted, the cut is within our tolerance" WTF?!?!? You are a business card printing company and you don't guarantee centered cuts!?!?!?! Does anyone else not think this is completely ludicrous?!!?!?!? "
