"We've only been using Overnight Prints as a LAST RESORT among all competitors due to TERRIBLE quality and inconsistent color production. Once again, this job was an info collection card printed on a business card, and the entire piece was off center so badly and mis-cut. The corners were rough and low quality. (rounded.) It seems Overnight Prints can't print a business card straight."

"I paid for service on my log the colors to match on both side and the file size invoice 12161474. I have yet to hear from or see the changes. I also paid invoice number 60834959 for my business card and have yet to see a proof of the color correction that I needed assistance with."

"The postcards were fine but I was not impressed with the packaging.
They were printed and then thrown into a very large mailing envelope. Some of them arrived bent. There was absolutely no protection; they were not rubber banded/wrapped/protected at all.

I was ordering not only to check out the product itself, but to see how my order would arrive. I was interested in using overnight prints to print and resell postcards for my online business; however, I have decided not to go with them because of the packaging. I cannot have my products arriving to my customers that way.

"The cuts were very rough and not smooth all the way around. The tops had notches cut in them and the corners were not round like ordered, but had angular cuts. I provided 20 pictures to them as asked per their return policy and they still did not try to make amends nor ask for their cards back, of which I offered to ship them back. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank because they were unwilling to come to a solution other then ask for 20 more pictures. I would never order from this company again."
