"They used to be good and have respectable business practice - If you pay economy, you wait for about a week for your stuff to get print and another week to get your stuff (Make sense.) Now - if you pay economy, they will hold you print in queue for over 2 weeks and then ship. Thus you have to wait for quite a long time to get your stuff (Make no sense.) Now Overnight seems like a shady business with random print quality and a scheme to get you to pay to upgrade the shipping. Well, good news - this will be my last order with them."

"The first two posters arrived very quickly and in good condition.
The next order I placed had three posters. Two camp damaged packaging and taped but when opened the posters were slightly damage in the middle where the packaging was. The third poster from the same order came a week later in very bad condition. It was crushed and damaged and is not usuable. I placed another order before the third poster from my second order arrived and will use that to determine if I will continue to use overnightprints or not.

I think the posters should be placed inside a cardboard tube or some other protective package so this doesn't happen. Or have better accountability for the shipping services to delivered packages undamaged, in this case UPS crushing packages."
