There was an error with my order that prevented it from being shipped on time (and made) even when I paid for expedited shipping. When I contacted Overnightprints about it, they were able to quickly reprint my order and ship it out to me asap (got it to me within 3 days I believe). I am happy with their response and how they handled the situation. What prevents me from giving 5/5 is probably just a personal thing... I just wish they would've caught on to the problem a little earlier themselves and notified me about it instead.

Other than that, overnightprints is still my go to place for all things print related. Their customer service is awesome and I'm appreciative of how they handle problems when they arise."

"Terrible service. I paid for rush shipping because we were leaving on a business trip. They didn't print or ship our cards because they didn't like my address... but they didn't even tell me. When we first inquired about them being late they said they were printed and on the way.

Now, finally, after waiting a month, they said that they didn't like our address (nothing is wrong with my address) and they just didn't do anything with the order (besides charge us). E-mails to their customer service just get copy and pasted unhelpful responses.

Now, one month later I have long since left on my trip and won't be able to get the cards till the end of the summer at the earliest. I have given them a different address for a family member... who I will now have to pay to ship them to me from their house. "
