"Software is difficult to use. I had difficulty loading the file. The printing is beautiful but one page was duplicated and therefore one was missing. When I proofed the booklet online I could not see the error.
When I called customer service they indicated it was my fault and wanted to charge to reprint. Supervisor would not adjust. Several calls later and someone told me to send in a message to their customer service. I have not received a response. The price is great, but not worth it if you don't know what you'll receive."

"I was pleased with the quality of the printing, but I had submitted the files wrong and the back printed upside down. While I understand I formatted the file wrong, I wish that someone would have stopped the order and checked to make sure that was how it was supposed to be printed. I had the order reprinted on a Wednesday, (order # 60232806), and my client needed the invitations here 2 days later, on Friday. I placed the order later in the day on Wednesday, so to get it here by Friday I had to choose BITGIT shipping. I was a little frustrated because the invitations came the next day, on Thursday so I could have chosen a cheaper shipping option to get the cards here by Friday. Overall, I have been happy with Overnight Prints and will order from them again, but I was disappointed with the past 2 orders."
