It was necessary for me to call in and stop your hold on my order due to my borders. The persons I reached was very helpful in explaining why it was done and I was able to override that concern and have it printed. It did print out just right.

I will never, let me repeat, I will never do any business with them again. My order had over 22 defects and they REFUSED to fix it or they then play the "WE WILL CALL YOU BACK IN 24-48 Hrs" trick to get rid of you and never call you back. "The ordering process was simple and easy enough, but the "overnight" part of the experience was extremely disappointing.
I placed and order on Thursday and paid for next day (Friday) shipping. Unfortunately the order didn't arrive until Monday negating the order's use and missing the event the order was meant for.
Customer service, both electronic (never received a response via email) and over the phone, said that nothing could be done until my order was delivered and the best they would be able to do once the order arrives is refund the difference in shipping.
The rational part of me understands that is reasonable, but now that the usefulness of the order in question is close to zero the small difference in cost doesn't make up for the wasted expense of the entire order."
"My concern is the color does not match on the front and back. Also the whole card design got shift. Overnight offer a half refund or free to reorder. However, given what they have relayed, it is doubtful that a reprint would produce the color match necessary to make the front and back look the same. I am in the design industry; therefore, image is everything. Distributing business cards that look "off" reflect negatively on my company's brand image. I am requesting a full refund as the product/service rendered was not as advertised. In checking out, buyers are not required to agree to terms that allow your company to produce off-color work. I would have never done business with them if I would have known that they could not ensure color match consistent with the designs that were submitted."
