However, if the item is to be a gift, it would be a bit more clear to write the recipient's address in the blanks you are about to fill out...it is not intuitive...as it appears as if you would be filling out a form of where the billing statement might've going to for the site's clarification. Otherwise...great! Thank you for providing these opportunities to help others...especially doubling the impact of your gift."

It was extremely frustrating I have donated online to Oxfam numerous times before and never remember having such difficulty - what did you do to mess up your Webpage? A less dedicated donor would have just turned off the computer and walked away."
