"I am super happy with the options for purchase and the paper and color quality of the cards. My only issue is that something happened during printing and the message I typed up has extra symbols in between letters that were obviously not there in the original message. It makes my message hard to read which is a bit disappointing and decreases the quality of the gift to my loved ones but doesn't take away from the true gift to those in need. "

"Would appreciate hearing about of seeing (in photos) actual families or situations where Oxfam gifts were put to use--what the families did with the items, how the items (animals or items) are faring, whether they worked (out) successfully and whether the family was able to use them to their advantage. "I ordered 11 items. Each time I scrolled down to the check out box my list of potential purchases disappeared. This happened 4 or 5 times. I also called the help telephone line twice. Both times the answering person had computer problems. Eventually I split my order (donation) in two to prevent the scrolling necessity. This is at least the sixth or seventh year I had ordered on line and I have never had this problem previously."
