"I love the concept of these gifts and my experience will not prevent me from using it in future but I did not find the experience user-friendly. Even with the sample ecard, I found it difficult to envisage which of the text I was entering would appear where on the card. I would have liked to see a preview of my actual card with text in place before I sent it. I got it completely wrong of course. The recipient received an email saying it was a gift from the credit card holder (my husband), which was not the name I gave as the sender (my son). As such I presume she deleted it and thought it was junk mail (she does not know my husband and wouldn't recognize his name) as she has not acknowledged receipt of it. She is a very polite person and would have responded immediately had she opened it! At least I know my money had gone to a good cause, but the gift recipient presumably thinks I didn't send anything."
