3. Why all this filling out spaces with one's message (and complicated extra- line for greetings etc) when afterwards one receives the card at home to mail it oneself anyway. One could easily write the message by hand on the card itself."

"After re-reading your information concerning my donation, I still found it necessary to look up and call your telephone number to answer two of my questions. The answering service was able to answer one of the questions, but not the other and referred me to calling on Monday 12-1-14. I came very close to cancelling my donation!!"
