"tried to send a USPS card but screen would not let me into the menu for the State of recipient. Tried again and I could not pull up the menu for the Country of recipient. Had to send card by email. Would rather have not."

"I had a little bit of a problem with the interface of the order briefly when I couldn't understand what I was still missing. They might want to have someone who doesn't know the system go through it just to see if there are any hard to understand parts. Unfortunately, I did this yesterday and don't remember exactly where the bogging down part was, but I do know you have to make it extremely easy for people when it comes to donating money because you can lose them at any step of the way. "

What she should have said was that there would be an opportunity to fill in the additional information at another step in the check-out process."
