"Got a great deal on a nearly new device. Bought it on Thursday, PC Liquidations is in Florida, and got it on Saturday. It is running now. The device was well-packed and padded, shrink-wrapped against moisture. The site description was dead-on. I knew I would have to supply a power brick and had one ready. I saved something on the order of $180.00, a power brick is practically free -- in fact was, because I had a surplus brick on-hand. I'm really excited now to have two working serial ports for this application. I have one in use 24/7 and a free one for testing and evaluation. Much nicer than the UDS1100 the 2100 has replaced.

"I recently started working from home and needed computer monitors. I bought two. One didn't work. I wrote asking about how to exchange it. I was told there was no more of that model but I could pay a little more and get a different one. I said that was fine and was told they would get back to me. Multiple emails sent by me and two weeks have gone by and nothing. No reply. So I have a huge 22inch paperweight. I need a second one for work so I just went somewhere else to buy one. It's hard starting a business and having to pay for things that you can't use is hard. On top of that the disrespect shown by them not returning emails for over a month or caring that they sent out a product that wouldn't even turn on. "

"This was my 5th purchase. Was not impressed with this one:
1. Placed my order on a Monday, had to contact them on Thursday because no shipping info was sent to my email.
2. When I contacted support I was given the reason that the Laptop I selected did not pass inspection.
My concern is I had not received an email or a phone call stating there was a problem, and until I initiated the contact nothing was being done. My payment went through but felt the lack of care and communication was not handled correctly.
For the record the tech that assisted me was helpful.
Like I said, I am a repeat customer, and will continue to be, and have recommended your service to others. This experience was lacking and I hope this will be addressed."

"I had been looking around for a mechanical keyboard, i always heard they were great but they are expensive. PCLiquidations closed one out, new, for $14.99. So I ordered one and it is awesome, especially for the price! I looked it up on the manufacturers website and this thing is for some sort of heavy duty application. The manufacturer's illustration looked like it might have been a police cruiser or something. Any way this keyboard is built like a tank! It has a space saving configuration, so no 10 key. It has a built in touchpad and buttons to use in place of a mouse if you want, but no scrollwheel. The USB cord is a bit short, about 30 inches, some users might need and extension. The keys are mechanical and feel a lot better than the rubber dome mush I was used to. Overall this is a great value. This is my second time with PCLiquidations.com."
