"I had formerly reviewed my experience immediately after my purchase of parts to repair our Cisco phones. PCLiquidations had about the best prices around until I got to the shipping and then I felt that they had exorbitant shipping fees. After my review I was contacted by PCLiqudations customer service about my review and they offered to refund half of the shipping costs. I felt that was a decent thing for them to do. I received half of my order in a couple of days and then contacted customer service to see what happened to the other half, there was a plausible story about the balance being held up at the distributor and an offer to have it shipped overnight free of charge. Cassandra from PC Liquidations was a pleasure to deal with and in the end refunded the entire shipping charge. The problem that I still have with the company is that if they want to make a certain amount of profit on an item, then they should charge for the product what they need to in order to make that profit. Don't try to make it up on the back end by egregiously over charging for shipping. That was an old Ebay seller tactic that used to really pi** me off. It was handled well by Cassandra, but I should have needed to go through the trouble to begin with. They do seem to be very sensitive to negative reviews, and my treatment after my first review is what led me to expanding on my original review with the rest of the story."

I get call 2 days after order asking me to call in. called in spoke to Devin, who told me the order hadn't been shipped out because they wanted to know if i wanted to install win 10 on the desktop computer i ordered ARE YOU KIDDING??? Did I ask for win10??? NO! I did ask for 3 day expedited shipping though! so now the order is being shipped out on the day it should arrive. Oh and whats the solution ? we will refund your money for the expedited shipping.
