Ordered a lenovo thinkpad laptop x230

"Ordered the laptop and had it arrive within 1-2 weeks. Opening the package showed a mixture of bubble wrap and those round bags. The laptop was wrapped in tight plastic, then the bubble wrap and then the round bags to fill out the box and (I'm assuming) to minimize the amount of rocking that might happen. Installed linux and everything worked perfectly, bios menus fully operational, no bad sectors in the hard drive, and no cracks or smudges on the screen. Keep in mind this was class A, that being said, on the bottom, one of the plastic ends of the cover that protects the ram wasn't inserted properly. This was easy to fix, just had to unscrew the screws, pop it in and screw it back. Memory wasn't damaged and after a couple days, everything's still working fine. I only paid $140 for this computer, I'd say it was well worth it."

system arrived, and would not boot

"my first choice 'would not start', not that they informed me, I had to ask, 3 days later, so I picked another, with lower cost.
the system arrived, and would not boot, I spent a couple hours to find out that 2 DIMM out of 4 were faulty, once they were removed the system booted.
so, their tech did not even try to boot the system before shipping, just grabbed a box, dropped in some DIMM and shipped it.

they promised to credit me for the cost difference between the 2 systems, but never did
they will not replace the 2 faulty DIMM
they offered a 10% discount to make up, I never saw a cent

this is the very last time I buy from them

screen LCD busted... arrived DOA

Difficult experience - terrible packaging, but fortunately - priced low

"Their credit card processing is terrible. It took me several try's over several weeks to finally get an order through. Every time I tried to use my credit card it was declined. I tried every card I had. None of them worked. Eventually, I decided to pay with PayPal which finally worked.

I ordered a PDU (Power Distribution Unit) from them. It came in the worst packaging I've ever seen. It was shipped wrapped in one or maybe several, torn, black garbage bags taped around it. Honestly, I'm surprised UPS even accepted the package this way. By the time it got to me, part of the PDU was exposed - broken through the trash bag. I wish I could upload photos to this review to show. Thankfully, the PDU still powered on and is functional, albeit severely scratched up and dented.

Great Customer Experience

"Purchased an ultrabook, that upon delivery, had a few minor issues. Sound not working and touchpad issues. I took to a repair shop. Called PC Liquidations and spoke with Hannah. She was amazing! The company asked for proof of repair and reimbursed me for expense.
