One of the monitors I received had a defect - I called PCLiquidations to explain the problem, and they shipped out a replacement the same day, along with a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective monitor. "Dealing with this company was somewhat of a mixed blessing. On the one hand, the refurbished computer I bought from them arrived within a few days of placing the order, was as ordered, and appeared to function OK. On the other hand, this 28-lb computer was shipped in an extremely flimsy cardboard box that was barely large enough to hold it. As a result, the computer case was badly damaged in transit. I find it hard to understand why a company that specializes in selling refurbished electronic equipment is not able to ship its products in appropriate containers, and I would hesitate to order any large item from them again.
