"I was sold what I found to be an $500 obsolete version of hardware. There was no documentation, drivers, or anything else that may assist in getting up and running. The manufacturers site yielded no help as the device was no longer supported.

I contacted pcliquidations and the gentleman I spoke with was nice and courteous. I was fine with the whole experience right up until he told me about the 20% restocking fee. He quickly indicated that he could reduce the fee to 15%. I was not too happy at that point. So instead of acting like an idiot and yelling, I'm here writing this review.

Let's see, you sell obsolete, unsupported equipment and then you charge a fee to return said $500 paperweight. You could do that countless times and make decent money at it. I'll bet they really get excited when a customer just **** it up and sends the obsolete equipment to the landfill."

"I was in the middle of payroll and my impact printer died, I went on a Google search for the printer I had since all our forms and the accounting program are based on this computer. I found PC liquidations showed a refurbished one. I called to see if they really had it and if they could get it to me ASAP. They were very helpful on the phone and said I would have it in 2 days. Low and behold I had it the next morning hooked it up and it works like a champ! It was wrapped great and in perfect condition. I was extremely pleased with the service and the printer. I will call them next time our office is in need of any PC equipment. "

"I would have loved to give them a 5, but my experience is somewhat less stellar. Ordered an older Dell system (Optiplex 740) that matches one that I already own. Was shipped quickly, but upon arrival the case was damaged. It was clear the damage occurred before shipping, not during as the box was fine, the item was well packed and wrapped tightly in shrink wrap. Case cover could not be latched.

I notified them, and they provided an RMA quickly. Shipping back to them was $65, but they said they would replace or refund, so I absorbed that cost. After three weeks, I sent an email asking what the status is. They responded that the replacement system had 'failed testing' but they had a better system to replace it (Optiplex 760). Very happy with the upgrade.

Upon arrival, inspection showed no external damage, but upon startup no HDD was detected. Opened the case and found that there was indeed an HDD installed but it was not functioning. Swapped that HDD with a working one from my Optiplex 740, and verified it was dead. Another $50 for a replacement HDD from Amazon.

In the end, the system cost twice what I originally expected to pay for it."
