I ordered a matching set of monitors, received them quickly, then found one just had an odd problem that kept it from operating correctly on a dual monitor system. I emailed customer service, and the CALLED me quickly! They quickly replaced the monitor.
I then ordered 2 monitors for another build. They found that 1 of the 2 they had in stock had an issue, and upgraded me at no additional cost so that I could have a great matching set!
