"I ordered a PC from this company. They called to tell me that the one I ordered did not pass their final tests and that they were upgrading me to another computer.
The one I ordered had a small slimline case. I asked if the new one did and was assured that it did.
Well, the case is not small and slimline. It is also not huge, so I can deal with that.
My system came with Windows 10. When I powered up the computer, I was asked for a product key. Since they had not told me I would need one, I continued without entering one. Well, that didn't work out too well. After I contacted them about it, they told me that the product key was located on the side of the tower and that the key that was in the computer was probably from an older version.
This is supposed to be a refurbished system. They should have wiped it clean and started over, which would include putting in the correct product key for my operating system. I also should have been notified that I would have to enter a product key and where to find it.
That's not the only problem...I was not able to use either of the power cords they sent with the system. They did not fit properly. I did let them know about that, but haven't heard back.
It's a good thing that I have enough computer knowledge to have been able to set up my system in spite of these problems. They do not send any instructions regarding setup, so I would not recommend them for someone who needs instructions.
Their responses (and lack there of) to my problems have been less than ideal.
I will keep this system simply because I don't have the time to ship it back and shop for another computer."

No big deal, and return was fast, but I had to pay a 15% restocking fee on a pretty expensive item in addition to the return shipping for something heavy. Paying return shipping seems reasonable, but the restocking fee was high enough that I regretted using this company and will be more likely to buy through Amazon in the future."
