"Unfortunately, my bad experience sounds like many others with communication and customer service being unacceptable.
I placed my order on January 8, 2008 for four items. I rec'd an email stating my items shipped with a USPS tracking number attached. When I looked up the tracking number on the USPS website, it stated that "the shipper has electronically notified ....." - basically saying the USPS knows a package is lined up to be shipped, but has not acutally shipped. Okay fine at least I had a tracking number and knew the status.
A couple of days later two items arrive via UPS?? I never rec'd a tracking number for that package nor was it available from PCMICRO's website. Again, okay fine - I had two items I ordered.
On January 26, 2008, I emailed customer service and asked what was going on with the two items I never recieved (the USPS tracking # status still said the same as above). Customer service emailed back:
"Thank you for the email and sorry for the delay on your order! The other item was coming from our California warehouse location. Looks like the package could be lost in transit. We will go ahead resend you a new package and you should receive them within 3 to 5 business days. Once the package is shipped you will get an email with tracking #. Hope this helps and if there is anything just feel free to let us know.

Five days later - no tracking number or package.
Today I was getting ready to do a chargeback on my credit card for the items not rec'd when I decided to check that USPS tracking number one more time. The status (the same tracking number as the original) states the package was shipped on February 6, 2008!
Bottom line - the package wasn't lost, it was never shipped and I'll finally be getting (hopefully) all my items over a month later.
EDIT: It arrived today (February 8, 2008). It took exactly 1 month from the order date to receive all items.
Repeat customer here? Nope. Never. Nada.

After almost two weeks without anything arriving - it was coming US Mail during December - I contacted them. They asked if I still wanted the item, I said yes, and on 12/26 they said they were going ahead and re-shipping.
