"Well, after seeing that someone else has had the exact same experience, I figured I would post here as well in order to warn people about ZipZoomFly. I placed an order on 3/13 (Thu), and got an email w/ a tracking number on 3/15. Hey, great, I said thinking that it would be picked up by FedEx and arrive in 5-7 days. As of 3/24, the tracking number is still in the "Package data transmitted to FedEx" stage, which means that they apparently generated the label and never actually shipped anything. They have already charged my credit card w/ the full amount! So currently, either the company is trying to scam me out of money, or they _still_ have not actually sent the item - one or the other. I'd rather they just tell me that the item is backordered, delayed, or even cancel my order and credit my credit card instead of the total unknown!!!! I've never experienced a situation like this before in all my online orders!!! Here's hoping this feedback (which I originally had hoped to give them good feedback seeing the rather negative tone the feedback has taken on lately) will turn the situation into a more positive one. If they rectify the situation, I'll let you know here. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that its been impossible to get in touch w/ anyone from Customer Service today (3/24) even though I have left both a voice mail msg (only one msg - though I've tried to call several times) and email with them..
UPDATE: I got in touch w/ a very nice lady on the phone today who told me that my item is backordered. Supposedly they will have the item in stock this week. Here's hoping that they do.
