"Don't make international orders, they will charge your credit card, then ask for confirmations (photos). I am in the process of reverting the operation now, with my bank. May be they should remove support for international customer, they don't want to send products, even if they already process your credit card."

"There was a snafu with my shipping method from the shipping dept at Pctoyland - but in their defense they did do a good job to get out my package soon. However, I got charged for a higher priced and faster shipping method that I did not receive - and I should have been notified first. They did sort out the small refund, but I was given a demeaning attitude by their 'service manager,' Doug."
"Very good customer service. one item (out of 5) was out of stock, but they failed to notify me. i called two days after my order (Which was placed on a sunday) and i got an answer after two rings. asked why i don't have a tracking number yet, and Todd informed me that the case was out of stock. Fine with me. He assured me he had sent an email w/order numbers (which, via pctoyland.com can give you tracking numbers). A few minutes later i recieved the email. my order (containing a fan controller, case, PSU, sleeve kit, and cathodes) had been split into three shipments. fine with me. I am still waiting on the arrival, but it is scheduled for monday (8 days after order). This is because a) the order was placed on sunday (non work day) and b) UPS doesn't deliver on weekends. the package arrived at the nearest ups office around midnight on saturday morning. oh well, i get it monday.

this store beats the brains out of newegg in terms of prices and they have tons of modding parts. not a lot of system hardware, but it's a great specialty store.

PS: So i recieved all five items. Three were shipped from PCtoyland's warehouse, one was from the manufacturer (Logisys), and the final product was shipped from "cable connection." they all arrived on time and in amazing condition.

"1. Was not notified by e-mail or on invoice that shipment was split. Most items came USPS in one box. The last item came UPS. This is a problem. I normally use different addresses for UPS and USPS.
2. There was shipping damage with the UPS item. PCToyland promptly responded and resolved the problem. Very pleased.
