"Dealing with this company has been a joy. After Trying to order the same products through Tigerdirect and being told i could only order via wiretransfer.. I immediately emailed PcSS.. i recevied a response within 5 mins detailing the order procedure and payment instructions. By 10 am the next morning my order was confirmed and shipped by 6 that same evening. THey will definitely be seeing more of my business in the future.

Only negative was the lack of a commercial invoice in the package which is a slight oversight. I had the electronic version in the email anyways.

"I purchased 2 identical Duron PCs. About a day after I got one of them set up (WinXP) it started shutting down randomly. I swapped out parts from the working PC and determined it was a bad power supply. I RMA'd the power supply, process was smooth. Problem was the replacement power supply I recieved was also bad. The PC was randomly shutting down within a couple minutes of hooking it up to the PC. (I had added no additional cards to the PC in question, just motherboard, hard disk, CD drive, floppy and case fans - should've been well within specs of a 450W PS).

At this point I just went to CompUSA and got a new good powersupply and the PC is working fine now, but it bothers me some that both the initial and replacement power supply were bad. I didn't send the replacement power supply back for another replacement because I didn't want to wait for another - just wanted to get the PC working.

Overall I think I'd order from the company again, but I wonder if the replacement powersupply was tested before it was sent to me as it blinked out within a couple of minutes after hooking it up.
