"Purchased perfume for my wife for Christmas. Price was comparable with all other stores that had it, and it arrived within 3 days of order. As I was about to store the shipping box after the perfume was unpacked, I noticed it seemed rather heavy for an empty box. Fishing through the packing material, I found a nice bar of soap and couple tubes of something only my wife will know what to do with. Would most definitely order from this company again."

"Ordered some new Altec Lansing iM9 speakers for an ipod (via the Amazon link), and received the speakers faster than expected using standard shipping. Item was in brand new condition, and works just fine. Can't expect more than that."

"Have shopped with shopirish.com (i.e. Creative Irish Gifts website) a couple of times, and have received exactly what I'd ordered in a reasonable amount of time (5-7 days), so have no complaints. The website is easy to use, the inventory is extensive, and the prices are reasonable. Would use them again without hesitation."

"I ordered a claddagh birthstone sterling silver ring for my girlfriend because I couldn't find one in her size at the local Irish shop. I came across allcladdagh.com simply by doing a web search. Not only did allcladdagh have the very-hard-to-find size 4 ring with the birthstone I needed, but one of the store owners personally communicated with me via email to insure the shipping date would be ok. The ring actually arrived 5 days earlier than estimated, in plenty of time for Christmas, and it was also as beautiful in hand as it had appeared on the website. allcladdagh.com is the web site for Des Byrne Jewelers, located in Dublin Ireland, and I won't hesitate to order from them again. Hoping to visit in person someday as well."

"Ordered a Toshiba big screen t.v. and stand Sunday evening. Items were listed as "in stock." Received an order confirmation email, but hadn't heard anything else by Wednesday. On Thursday, I logged into my buydig account, and noticed the status was "shipping." I couldn't find any explanation of what this status meant, so I called the store. I was connected with a customer service rep promptly, whom I told to cancel the order if it had not been shipped. She told me it had been shipped the previous day (never heard that one before :)). She had no explanation for what the "shipping" status meant. She provided a tracking number, and I immediately called the shipping company for details. They told me the products would be delivered on Monday. Monday morning, they called and rescheduled for Tuesday, and lo and behold, the television and stand arrived Tuesday morning. As of yet, my account still lists my order as "shipping", and I still haven't received any emails beyond the initial order-confirmation message.
So in short, I got what I ordered, but had I not taken the initiative to call buydig after four days of inactivity regarding the order, I would not have known it's status, and may well have missed being available to receive the shipment. On the plus side, everything seems to be working, and the items were well packed. The total order cost was the lowest of all the stores I considered for this purchase."

"Placed an order for a Canon i560 printer late afternoon Wed. after an internet search. Ordering via the web was very easy, as are most ordering systems I've used. I figured I'd have to wait until the following week to receive the order, but much to my surprise, it was delivered early Saturday afternoon by Fed Ex. The printer was a gift for my parents, which they are now happily using. I've ordered many items off of the internet from reputable vendors, and this may well be the fastest response I've ever received from an order. Will most definitely use again should the need arise and the price be competetive."
