"I purchased a pair of PC2100 RAM modules.They charged my credit card a week before anything was shipped. The product that was received two weeks after that did not work.
When I first complained to them, they suggested a higher-priced product which was not price-competitive.
By (accidentally) peeling off the labels while trying to remove the heat spreaders supplied with these modules, I discovered they were actually PC3200 RAM that had been relabeled by PCWonder as PC2100. Web searches revealed a number of complaints regarding defective PC3200 RAM purchased from PCWonder.
They refused to respond to my request for a refund.
I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

"I purchased four modules of pc 1100 RAM from this vendor off of ebay. I quickly returned it asking for a refund since it was incompatible with my computer. A month later I get replacement even though the return form was clearly marked as a REFUND (the replacement memory was half as much in cost.) I returned this throught the USPS and nearly six months after my original purchase I received a transaction reversal from PayPal. This was all a product of me submitting a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, the FBI Internet Fraud division, and a dispute through PayPal.
Please learn from me, if you have an RMA through this company MAKE SURE YOU USE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION or have a tracking number. Based on my experience, PCWonderInc has an extremely lackadasical way of handling returns and things seem to get "lost in the mail" and/or sucked into a month-long time vortex."
"Purchased a few 1 gb memory sticks, which did not work for my computer on e-bay. Order arived properly. Filled out RMA and send with a copy of e-bay purchase copy... Contacted them by email 2 weeks later... 4 weeks later... 6 weeks later. Stoped responding. No reply and no replacement! Terrible service! Worst place to do business with!"
"Received a defect memory. Nobody answers the phone. It takes at least 7-10 days for them to ship the replacement from the date the returned item was received. Replacement works well.
Wish the phone can be answered and it takes less days to process the return.

"I have been trying to get working memory from these people since 01/07, but they are absolutely unresponsive and do not answer repeated emails or return telephone calls.
I originally bought 2 sticks of 512M SDRAM memory for an older Dell GX240. I installed them and they worked well for a short time. However, I began having stability problems and finally Memtest 86 would fill with errors immediately upone launching.
I filled out the RMA form and returned the memory. They responded that the memory I originally bought was not the correct density for the GX240 but they did have the correct memory at a higher price. They sent me a PayPal invoice for the additional cost for the "correct" memory.
1 week after my payment with no word from them, I emailed asking if they had received payment. No response. Another week passed so I emailed again. No response. 3 days after that I called and left a message. No response. I filed a claim with PayPal, and amazingly, got an immediately response thru PayPal.
The memory did arrive the next day, but this time would not even boot the computer. Using any stick and any slot, all I can get are beep codes.
I asked for a refund on 3/22 and have only had one response about did I try all the slots. Two further messages to them have gone unanswered.
At this point I have 2 sticks of useless memory and they have $144.50 (not including the cost to ship the first memory back) of my money and are they are back to the silent treatment.
I am really glad I used a credit card as I am now disputing both charges with my bank. I am tired of playing hide and seek.

"Purchased Three 1GB PC-2700 333MHZ DDR H1GB-2700 modules.
Did not work on my HP Evo 510C desktop. (System did not even Bootup/POST). The reason I purchased from PCWonder Inc was because they were priced low and had good reseller ratings :-(
- Its not possible to talk to anyone there.
- They recieve calls from 10AM - 3PM EST!!!! Even during that time you can't get them on phone + Their website says not to call for RMAs!.
- I purchased these modules on 1/3, Returned with delivery confirmation on 1/22 and it is 3/3 now, I still haven't recieved the refund.
- They send mails only when its to their advantage (They asked to wait for a week for refund, I replied that it was 2 weeks since they recieved the RMA'ed RAM, no response since then)
- I actually made this mistake once 3 yrs. back... completely forgot... Got RAM from PCWonderInc, didnt work then too."
"As a computer tech, Trying to help a friend with his computer, I ordered 1GB PC-2100 266MHZ DDR NON-ECC MEMORY, and instead recieved only a 512 MB strip of memory. The sticker states that it is 1GB. I ran memtest on it and it stated it was just a 512 Mb. I called and got two answering messages recorded on top of each other, so couldn't understand any of it at all. I then read all the dissatisfied customers and I'm beginning to worry about me being satisfied with them, and will have to wait and see.
