"I decided I wanted my next phone to be an Honor 200 before I found out it wasn't commonly available in Canada. I'm very glad I was able to get it through PDA Plaza! Shipping took a bit longer than expected (it said 7-12 business days, but I think it took 13), and then the courier also had delays. However, when the courier didn't deliver within the expected timeframe, PDA Plaza contacted me to try to help solve the problem. Also, the website description did not say a charger was included in the box, so I went and bought one separately...only to find a charger in the box when the phone arrived!"

"Ordered a Huawei GT pro as they weren't widely available in Canada. Found PDA Plaza and was a bit hesitant since I didn't know how legit they were. The payment process was not smooth as the payment options are very limited. PayPal kept rejecting the payments and tried their second option through Sezzle. My watch arrived just under two weeks from the purchase date. The item was brand new and I am very happy with my purchase. My only criticism is perhaps have a more streamlined paying process to avoid hesitation. "
