Went from great to awful; been almost a month and no refund!
"I ordered the Google Pixel Pro 9 Fold. The website said quality was 10/10 and under Google warranty. At first glance, the phone was perfect. By week 3, I noticed horrible camera quality. I tried filming under different lighting conditions and they all came out dull and washed out. I reached out to Google but was told the phone was from Japan and was already registered so I was unable to use the Google warranty for replacement. Requested a refund from PDA. Sent the phone back but it's been almost 1 month and no refund. Followed up and was told Friday but still no refund!"
Hi, Your refund has been processed. We tested the camera upon receiving it back, and there were no issues. It was resold to another customer, who also confirmed it works perfectly. Also, you returned the item without its original box, which would normally incur a restocking fee, but we still issued you a full refund, you are welcome.
