"Phone was only purchased as it was cheaper than alternatives. Took over 40 business days to receive with multiple delays and lies from the company. By the time it was finally shipped it was cheaper on amazon.ca. Don't waste your time."
"When choosing and ordering my phone, it showed a waiting time and offered a quicker shipment with the purchase of a VIP package (which also offered a bunch of other perks). The phone already being a couple hundred dollars less than MSRP, I decided to get the VIP package in big part so that I could get the phone faster.
After purchasing my phone, I had doubts about the phone's material based on the item description, which said Prism Black where according to the manufacturer it should be Ceramic Black. I contacted customer service to ask about it and Alex replied it should be Ceramic Black. All good. But on the day of shipment, I noticed an other model popping up, which the description stated Ceramic Black instead of Prism Black, and Prism Black was still listed. So I asked if it would be possible to make sure I get a Ceramic Black. The reply is: "Well, you'd be getting a Prism Black. If you want to change it for a Ceramic Black, you'd have to wait a week. Would you like to get the Prism Black shipped today, or wait a week for a Ceramic Black?" I chose to get it shipped today, because my old phone is kinda dying.
Little did I know, Alex was looking around to find me a Ceramic Black model, and about 20 minutes later, I get a message on Facebook: "Hey! I managed to find you a ceramic model, and we'll send it to you today." That made my day. What a nice thing to do.
That's why I think PDA Plaza has excellent customer service. They avoided getting my hopes up, but they found a way to do something really nice for me and delivered. Color me impressed. The phone arrived the day after it was shipped, and it's awesome. The VIP package also came with an extra item for the phone, and it turned out to be screen protectors, which I needed. Perfect!

"These guys are legit. I have purchased two phones before. I am waiting for my 3rd purchase to arrive. I am not happy with their shipping time. Once you paid for the item, you are looking at up to 3 weeks wait to get your item. Other than that no one can beat their prices. They usually come with Chinese or European charger socket . You can easily buy a socket for $2 bucks from a dollar store that work like a magic. "
"I bought a phone off them back in October, the phone arrived in the beginning of December & the calling on it didn't work so we had to send it back and get a replacement. they told me they would ship out the new phone before the new year, it's now January 26 and they said they have just shipped it out. "I just bought a Huawei Honor 10. It decreased in price before it was shipped, so all it took was a simple e-mail to get the new, reduced price. Although it took a reminder email after I received the phone for them to process refund, at which time refund was processed within a day.
When I enquired about shipping status (it was shipped 18 days after purchase), their rep Alex asked on his own initiative if I wanted to change my black colour to the slightly more expensive grey, for no price increase. Good service. It was also easy exchanging emails with Alex, with his stock phrase being "no worries".
Even though it took 3 weeks from order date to receive the phone, I think it was worth it due to the good price.
I don't like the store's warranty being only 30 days from shipment (not receipt) date, and after that you after deal directly with Huawei. I have read it is difficult to arrange repairs with Huawei's repair centre in Canada.
Be aware that since I bought the international version, the Huawei supercharger plug is provided with an adapter to plug into wall socket. However the adapter fits very loosely in wall socket so falls out. I have to insert the charger VERTICALLY into a power bar so that gravity keeps charger in socket. Or as PDAPlaza suggested, I will look for another adapter head. "
