PDA Plaza states they ship within 5-10 days. over a month later, no phone has been shipped and after emails back and for saying the item is to out of stock 'We will receive and ship your order by the end of the next week. I apologize for the delay" twice, so the had in stock twice and both time they forgot to ship the phone. they had contact me to offer other phone models (lower version). I would recommend buying from big re-sellers or even from Chinese Alibaba. "

"Got an S10 plus from these guys. It was a color only available in Asia and it even has the qualcom chip, for $600 less then retail price compared to the big chains. The customer service is great too, always answered my emails in a timely manner. They only problems were with shipping which is out of their control. They included a screen protector for the inconvenience as well. And for the phone its great, works no problem on Canadian networks, (SM-G970 model). Since its a Chinese model there are some quirky things with bixby that are still in Chinese but it is not a problem. "

I was they loyal customer from way back - my first purchase was in 2010. And there were no problems until there where.
So, 11/13/2018 I ordered a Google Pixel 3 at 775$ price. Parcel actually shipped 03/24/2019 (electronic shipping information - 03/08/2019) with track number EE194786334CA being this late (4 month!!!) due to Canada Post's strikes and snow (it seems, that Canada has only one way of parcel delivery, and that for 40$). After that, due to error at the airport, parcel got delivered to France instead of Russia and then went back to shop. Till now I don't blame them because of force majeure circumstances. But what came next is totaly on them and borderlines on fraud.
Parcel came back to them on 04/12/2019 and at that time this phone in their store was priced 575$. So I only agreed for it to be reshipped to me on condition of them reimbursing price difference, to which they readily agreed.
Parcel was received by me on 05/18/2019. And I'm still waiting on them to actually give me promised money. What they did so far is answer me once per week on they WhatsApp account and delete my negative posts of them from their VK.com account, eventually banning me there.
So, if you planning on taking your money back at some point - NEVER deal with them. Or at least keep your money orders within PayPal - you always can appeal to third party this way, just don't miss 6 month window."

I send the parcel the way it was mentioned in the email and was told that refund will come within 15-20 days.
It's now past 3 months and still waiting for my refund.
I was calling the number they gave me and as of today (Jul 25, 2019) they blocked me so I can not call them again and go straight to voicemail.
I wish as a customer we had an option to report it to credit company when they don't their refunds back."

This was shocker as I needed this for a birthday gift for my 17 year old son so I did get the vip service. I got the phone quick.
