"I purchased a Xiaomi phone from PDA Plaza. It shipped and arrived in their projected time. However, I decided to return the phone which they said would be no problem. They confirmed they received the phone back and that my refund would be issued within 15 days. However, they did not issue it. After weeks of excuses about broken payments systems and mistakes, they simply stopped responding.

I'm currently pursuing legal action against the company to recover my money. I would warn against doing any business with this company.

Update: after weeks of no response, I finally received my money back. Overall, extremely dodgy behaviour. Would advise against doing business with them."

"As everyone has been saying the shipping is very long with standard shipping (15 to25 days). Mine was more than 30 days but I didn't actually need a phone and just wanted the next best thing for a reasonable price for a newer model and my old but still great galaxy note 8 will now be used as a spare emergency or travel phone or harsh environment phone... The price went down on pda plaza website before it had shipped so I asked for the discount of 41$ on top of the already discount I purchased phone (940$) and they (Alex) gave it to me pretty quickly. I did not demand discount and was just polite about it and so was he, through emails. He returned my emails pretty quickly and when I asked what was up with the shipping because was over 25 days and kind of worried (first time buyer), they gave me an expected date which was longer but actually true. I received my phone around Feb. 13, 2020 and it is brand spanking new and on the third day of heavy use to learn its cool features. Very happy with my purchase so far. If you don't need phone quickly and are like me this is definitely a good place to get your phone in my experience so far. Long waiting times with the option of cancelling before item is shipped as stated on there website, and they are willing to discount on top of discount while you wait is A+ in my book and if this phone lasts normal use I will definitely buy from them again."
