Their prices are good and you get a dollar discount or so when buying more than 1. Their support is always quick to respond with an actual response and not some cookie cutter sentence they copy paste to all their customers, and their packaging is always decent.

Their selection is always unique and plenty which is why this is the only store that comes to mind when I or someone else wants new jewelry.

Got my jewelry and while it was all the same sizes as what I ordered, the designs on them were wrong. I got a hold of PP.com and told them what happened and instead of me sending the jewelry back and them throwing it away (they do this for sanitation purposes) they emailed me back almost instantly, apologized and sent me out the pair that was wrong for free with free 2 day shipping :)

That is what I call customer satisfaction"
