"Purchased a RCBS Summit Press. Upon receiving it was obvious that this press had bee repackaged ( box was retaped and beat up). Upon removing the press it was at some point dropped and had multiple gouges and chips in the paint. As a business this should not have been allowed to even leave the facility in the shape it was in. Let alone the fact that it was being offered as new.
I didn't have time to ship back, but left them an email stating the above issues. They contacted me promptly, apologized, and shipped another out. Pleasantly surprised that this company made it right. .... Thanks"
"Ordered an optic and mag package. Got an email 3 days later with the tracking number. Checked on it a few times over the next few days and it still showed as the label created but not shipped. Contacted customer service and spoke with Danita Johnson. She looked it up and had a rebuild order done. This was a Wednesday afternoon towards the end of the day. Was shipped Friday and was provided the new tracking number and received by Monday. Even with the initial error, the way it was taken care of means more to me as long as it isn't and all the time occurence. Thanks!"
"I ordered a pistol kit from the site on August 9th and it has to be received on the 13th. Although i received an email saying it was delivered, when i came home from work i found no package and my roommates hadn't been given one by UPS. Seeing the nature of this package i really wish the driver would have put it in the privacy of my backyard or knocked to give it directly to my friend for me but didn't. I called and Ms. Danita was quite respectful and informative compared to other call centers I've had experience with. "
"Have been buying from PSA for 4 years. Great products and customer service. Returning the first AR upper i bought in 2014 and so far the return/repair process has been smooth. have returned other items and their customer service is great.
My only complaint is their legal department should do their homework more thouroughly on IL Cook county restrictions. Cook county is homerule county, which means that its rule don't apply to municipalities that don't have the same rules. PSA is missing out on a lot of sales of ammo, firearms, magazines."

"PSA has good prices so I ordered a Gen2 stripped lower as they do not send completed lowers to my state and a 6.5 completed upper SKU #516447593. I wanted a matching upper and lower from the same company.
I shot the upper only 8 times with factory match grade Winchester 140 grain ammo and saw the brass scarred up and the shoulder of the brass collapsing. I sent two emails with photos of the brass to PSA advising of the brass issues, no response. Called them a few days later and waited over 20 minutes to talk to a very friendly call taker who sent an email to me with a return slip and paid shipping label yesterday 27 Feb. For the price of the upper, I was not expecting a super match grade upper, but I expected an accurate, functioning upper without issues. I returned the upper today for an exchange. I asked the replacement upper to be test fired to verify the chamber will not tear the brass up like the one sent to me and prove that it will work. I do not want to be shipping uppers back and forth. Ordered 7 Feb, shipped to me 9 Feb, returned to PSA 28 Feb 2018

"I wanted an AR in 7.62x39. After reading/watching reviews I decided on PSA. So glad I did. Fit and finish is as good as any I have seen. I had to purchase a bolt carrier group elsewhere as PSA was out. 2 musts for AR-47: must have enhanced firing pin and use C Products magazines! A lot of people will tell you AR-47 doesn't work well. Most people's problems are light primer strikes and magazine feed problems. I shot 200 rounds first day out without a single problem while using bulk ammo. The AR-47 was very accurate also. In short, I LOVE IT!! Thanks PSA!"
