Bad Customer Service

"I have called (551-2680) the Palmetto State Armory store located at 3760 FERNANDINA RD, COLUMBIA, SC numerous times over the last 2 1/2 weeks trying to reach the firearms section. During that 2 1/2 week period, I tired all the various "Press Number" options hoping to speak with an actual person. The only time I am able to reach a human being is when I press the number associated with the fishing section and the guy there apologizes saying his section is located in another building on the property. If I press the number for the firearms or customer support, all I get is ringing for as long as I am willing to hold on. I have held anywhere from a couple minutes to more than 10 minutes without a single answer. I suggest they put a recording that says, "Don't bother calling us. Get your **** in the store if you want to speak with a human." or "Take your business someplace else because we are too busy to answer the f#$%@%g phone!" "

PSA took care of me when my parts had issues

"I have shopped with Palmetto State Armory for years, and have had good experiences. Recently, I bought an upper and lower that did not mate together correctly. It took a few days, but PSA customer service resolved the issue politely and professionally. I am giving four stars because in spite of the issues with the parts, the customer service I received was excellent."

The Pinnacle of Customer Service

"I had to call about a problem with an FFL that was closed and reroute my delivery as well as find a new location for my product to go to and Sharon went above and beyond what I expected. I figured I'd have to call all the dealers myself and call Palmetto back but nope, Sharon literally called around until she got exactly what I was looking for and said it was no big deal. Honestly the most excellent customer service I've ever received. She deserves a raise...

Definitely going back to Palmetto first when shopping online.

First issue, and it was resolved!

"This started out rocky on my end. I purchased 2 complete lowers that were shipped to my FFL. My FFL, without warning, closed before transfer of the lowers. Eventually the lowers made it back to Palmetto. They contacted me to resolve the issue with a refund or a new FFL to send it to. I contacted them back to acknowledge that I would find a new FFL. I did not contact them back with my new FFL location for about 10 days. I was then informed that my items were damaged from transit and back ordered. I asked them if they could do anything for me, other than a refund that they offered. They quickly found me items that are an upgrade from my original purchase. They made it right with me! And all before Christmas! Also, this was all handled in one day. Very quick responses in that day through emails. Thank you again Palmetto State Armory from a loyal customer. "

Hey, I'm happy!

" Hey, I'm happy........I ordered an upper ,no prob. In ordering a lower I had an FFL problem. So, I called for Donna H. was so nice. Turned out I put to much info in. System only needed my FFL "s address . He was in the system. Donna H. was most helpful. She did not give up till she got me in to complete my order. Through the whole thing, Donna H. stayed up beat while letting me know she would make it happen. Now the product: PSA 6.5 CM 20"ss upper, PSA 6.5 CM lower. Both came inside the 16-18 day wait time I was given. How cool is that? The two married nicely. With a 10 rd. Magpul mag and a few drops of oil ,OMG. gun cycles like a dream. I will be ordering a 300BO as sone as they come up with 18" SS upper. OH! The enhanced trigger ? Maybe 1/16 " of pull (stage #1) Then bang. smooth brake (stage #2).....I don't have a trigger tool. Feels like 3 lbs. Sweet.Thank you Donna H. and the PSA gang . Merry Christmas "

It was easy.
