I ordered a complete upper kit from them 3 weeks ago online and they charged my card immediately.
1 week later, no info on status or shipping. I called customer service and number disconnected. Playing phone extension roulette I finally got to someone who told me they were swamped and would ship. 2 weeks later, back from my vacation, no merchandise and no email. I cancelled my order via my credit card vendor .
I find it very curious that there's a rash of 5 star ratings all on the same day for PSA. Guess they got held their employees at gun point to try and counter all the negative press."

They were very efficient at charging my credit card but that's it so far.

"I recently bought a package of two rifles from PSA. They both looked great, but I ended up having an issue with one of them when it arrived. I was given a shipping label to mail it back, which made things easy. Upon receiving the item, Gaven, the customer service rep, contacted to inform me that it was out of stock and couldn't be replaced. After patiently working with me on the claim, he was able to get it substituted for another model rifle which happened to be one I wanted more anyway. I'm very happy with the results, and must say, quite happy with the quality of both the product and customer service. Much thanks to Gaven for helping me out, and getting me taken care of in a highly satisfactory manner. Thanks again!"

"PSA has a a retail store where I live but I've also ordered online several times. All of my orders were shipped promptly. My most recent order was a 9mm upper. When I received it, it was not the one I wanted but I determined that I had ordered the wrong upper. I took it to the retail store and they swapped it out on the spot. On my second range session I experienced a case separation with aluminum cased factory ammo. I posted a comment in a Facebook group and Chad from PSA contacted me to follow up. He gave me lots of information and offered to address any problem. The upper has run 100% with brass cased ammo and my confidence is restored."
