"I'm a repeat customer for a reason. PSA products consistently exceed the quality of comparable priced components and those well above their price point. I'm no stranger to sub MOA or the OCD pre 64 firearm collector, but, since it's not a review about me, I'll just leave that there. This isn't common in the sales world, and proved harder to achieve due to the increasing demand for reputable companies offering top shelf products. PSA never fails to deliver on either side of the coin.

If you want the overall best bang for your buck, (much better than what you pony up for it), complete with competent sales personnel that respond to customer needs, then look no further than PSA. You'll receive some of the highest end parts, complete firearms and related components with a service team that won't fail if you need them.

Disclaimer - I'm not employed by or have ever been affiliated with PSA, other than in the customer capacity. Since 2014, I've revisited PSA for many builds, (LEO for most of them), and would stake my life on their AR platforms. "I placed an order that late in the evening last night a minute later I realized I made a mistake and sent you a letter asking you to either manipulate my order or cancel it altogether. I also sent the same email the next morning. This all happened last night and this morning I also called this morning and after being on hold for 20 minutes or more the person that answered my call told me that you could put a Return to sender on it and I would have the money back in my account within 3 to 5 business days. I just got an email telling me that it's too late the order has been filled and I will have to wait to receive it maybe get an RMA and send it back. So which one is it what I was told this morning on the phone or have to wait all that time to get it send it back to you. Also I find it hard to believe that one minute after I placed that order and by the next morning it was already filled and even if it was filled there was no label printed on it and even if there was a label printed on it all you had to do is physically go and remove it from Shipping you know go that extra mile for a repeat customer and reseller. What I do from here on in depends on what you do. Why should I show loyalty to you when you can't give me a little in return?"
