The representative I spoke to was not helpful or knowledgeable about the part I ordered. He said I could return the part after I filled out the return form. I did as I was asked and still have not heard back with return instructions. "

"The upstream sensor wires were pinned wrong so it didnt work once it was plugged in. I had to cut the wires off the original connector and splice them to the new sensor. This made the job a lot more difficult and time consuming than it originally was supposed to be. Im not sure if this was a QA problem or if all of them come this way, but certainly an issue that needs to be investigated. "
