"I ordered parts and waited for delivery, when they didn't show on delivery date and were reported as "delivered" I freaked, walked up and down the street looking for my parts to no avail! after contacting Parts Geek thru email, to discover their response, the parts I ordered were magically "out of stock", really because I immediately went back to their site and could order those same parts, of course for a lot higher price!! Really! They did return my money but the point is I needed the parts man!! ENOUGH SAID.."

Finding good quality parts at a reasonable cost for a car 12 years old is tough. Their quality control was not good sending a broken part in a package. delivery and ordering was good. the dealer 1 1/2 hours away had them in stock and were cheaper.bow and package were in good shape so shipping cant be at fault"

"The part was packaged in a flimsy plastic bag that had nothing to protect the car part, so it arrived broken, because the part was also packaged into a thin paper carton. So, when I opened the shipping platic bag package the carton had been crushed, and the part was broken. What a joke. If this is Part Geeks idea of good service, then I guess their CEO does not care about customer satisfaction, and instead only cares about their profits and his/her paycheck of over a million dollars a year. "the third party shipper shipped it all over Oregon before I finally received my item. if parts geek had simply placed it in a padded envelope and dropped it in a mailbox I would have received it 5 days sooner. I think I will stick to Am*zon from now on"

"The parts look of good workmanship and were packaged well. The only negative is the poor shipping container all the parts were shipped in. There was no packing to prevent shifting and the cardboard box was thin and not very protective. It was pretty mashed up but the parts boxes were fine. No stars deducted. "
