"I returned a part that was not used and didn't need! When you refunded me, it was not for the full amount not knowing the shipping was not included in the refund! It cost me 21.28 to ship it back and then you are not refunding full amount back! Total was 105.02 and you aren't refunding me but 85.57! You won't get any business from me in the future, and I will tell all my friend's how you all are! "
