"Ordered a Ford Focus Dual Clutch Kit. It came in with a broken clip. Returned it and ordered another by one day rush delivery. It came in with a broken clip as well. It also looked like it was previously opened and returned and the outer shipping box looked like it had been used several times. Returned it as well. Both times on the return page I suggested they not send these kits without inspection or they not send them until Luk fixes their packing to prevent the clips from breaking. Return page states to return in a resalable package. That seems unethical to me and is probably how the second kit was all open and the boxes were damaged. They did not reimburse me the $50 shipping either. "

"After my order came I found that the brake cleaner top came off and nothing remained. I tried to request just a new bottle of that. Instead I was told to return everything which included brake pads and rotors for front and back, plus brake fluid. I decided not to cause it was more work, then it was worth cause the boxes they came in were pretty beat up and I couldn't reuse. Then when I went to put the brakes on I couldn't tell which rotors were for the front and back. When I called to find out if they could tell me they only had 2 phone options. 1 for sales and the other for returns. So I chose returns. When they called me back 3 hours later and I explained I just wanted to know which rotor was for the front they said return them. I repeated what I asked and they put me on hold and came back and said again...just return. I told them I didn't want to if I have the correct parts. They then said I need to take them to a mechanic. At that point I was done and told them nevermind. I will never purchase from PartsGeek again."
