"I am trying to exchange the some of the parts that I ordered because they are not the correct parts for my vehicle but the website says that they are. I have been calling everyday for the last four days and no one ever answers the phone. I sat on hold for a minimum of two and half hours or more and nothing. I pressed the #1 button to hold a place in queue and still nothing. I am not sure what is going on but not very problem has an option in your system. Sometimes you will have to talk to people. Two of the four parts in the kit are correct and I had them installed on my vehicle but the other two parts are wrong. Your computer wants me to return all the parts instead of the ones that don’t fit. I just think that it stupid. The parts look great and the ones that fit, they worked great. But your customer service is absolutely terrible. I will not be recommending this company to anyone."
