I was sent 6-8 various valves in a baggie.
NONE of them matched my car.

The final insult was that I had to pay return shipping costs for a bag of crap I could not use. Total unprofessional company, not in control of it's suppliers."

Needless to say, although that part looked exactly right, it was obviously a cheap imitation because the safety latch bent downward, locking my hood closed, when I tried to close it. After removing that part and replacing it (again) with this part from PartsGeek, the whole mechanism worked as it should. My hood now closes and latches correctly, both the main latch and secondary, safety latch."

"For the most part it is a good experience for what it is, but the site support is very slow, limited and ill informed when you lay out your issue and trying to get it resolved. The website is aggravating with the support window constantly trying to open ( iPhone ). Returns are not always easy and I have several parts that were not the correct ones and they were not able to be returned and I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 days and I just received it almost a month later. So to summarize it is a bit tedious but it is the net. Sometimes it is pleasant but sometimes not so much."
