Instead of looking at what I ordered and trying to offer me a replacement of similar item in stock, my order was immediately cancelled, my money supposedly refunded (of which I had to wait over a week to get it back), and chatting with a representative of customer service did nothing but tell me how little they know how to work with people to still get sales after they make a mistake.
