"I purchased a part and never received it. I’ve tried calling, also put a ticket in nothing. Apparently FedEx let me know Geeks part sent my package to a wrong address so that was there mistake.and have done nothing to try and resolve it. "

"Water pump seems to work fine the fan clutch I got sent is electronic controlled and my vehicle came with mechanical for 08-09 years so that wasn’t going to work even though it says it’s on here 02-09 the gasket was also spilt from being shipped in between the fan clutch and waterpump with not protection..only thing I was able to use out of this was the waterpump would be nice to get a refund for the fan clutch being it’s the wrong part "

"The steering rack I ordered was in stock but sat at the warehouse for ages before being transferred to the shipping agent. It arrived eventually, outside the stated timeline on the website. I note the get out clause within the website about "shipping sometimes takes longer", oh sure. On unboxing, I discovered one of the high pressure rack lines was significantly dented, effectively reducing the pipe size by 50%. It has clearly been dropped on refurbishing it as it has been painted over afterwards, meaning the rack was reconditioned with that damage well evident. Rather than go through the pain of returning the rack for a replacement (also likely to take forever to get back to me) I will use the old hose off the rack I'm removing, hoping that the pipe is OK on my old rack (fingers crossed) Overall, a pretty unsat experience all round and I will be using CarParts from now on (a bit pricier but far better customer service and quality)"
