"I gave the customer rep the vin number to cross reference parts. Spoke with two different reps because the second rep said the suggested part that was initially quoted was not the best of quality. So I went with his suggestion to upgrade to a different brand. The estimate quote was sent and i ordered it. shipping time was decent as always, but it was the incorrect part. Had to ship back; that process wasn't too difficult. I'm just waiting on my refund. Note: first time I have ever had an issue. I will continue to do business here despite this one incident."
