"I have been trying to return the bracket but was met with obstacles. No one returned my phone calls. I waited on phone until someone hung up on me. I waited on the phone several times. Contacting support is I tried to return the bracket via internet couldn't upload picture from phone. I need to return product so I can purchase by physically looking at the size of the bracket. I have been delayed long enough as this state requires a front and back bracket. I have no use for that small bracket. I didn't have a problem with my other orders, but this experience is the worst. I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE TOO SMALL BRACKET. IT'S TOO SMALL FOR ANY STATE IN AMERICA."

"I had to order another part because wrong part was ordered. I followed process for returning the incorrect part and paid additional money to send it via Post Office.
I received an email after 3 weeks saying that the part was used. IT DIDN'T FIT my car. So how was it used?
I was informed I wasn't due a refund and they will send the parts back to me.
This is poor customer service because I have no need for the part. Especially since I ordered the correct part from this company.
