"I ordered a windshield wiper pump and it didn’t work, I tried to replace it by sending it back, PartsGeek would not let me return the one that didn’t work, instead I had to reorder another and I lost 33.00 and change, now I’m stuck with the one that I ordered that I have no use for, I will never order anything from PartsGeek again, and I will notify anyone who wants to order parts from this company they took advantage and I lost money due to their return policy "

"I had to order another part because wrong part was ordered. I followed process for returning the incorrect part and paid additional money to send it via Post Office.
I received an email after 3 weeks saying that the part was used. IT DIDN'T FIT my car. So how was it used?
I was informed I wasn't due a refund and they will send the parts back to me.
This is poor customer service because I have no need for the part. Especially since I ordered the correct part from this company.
