ordered on 3/4...paid for expedited delivery...did not make that...then in a message from their cust.serv. after i created a ticket, no one knows where it its...not PG, not the USPS...
As of noon on 3/18, nothing received....
asked for a refund..denied for three times....then they said "as a one-;time courtesy" they would, but have not seen it in my bank account yet...created a fraud claim with my credit card company.....
NEVER AGAIN shall I even think of using PG.
