"I purchased items over $120 and the items did not meet standards. Item was damaged prior to shipment, looks like warehouse damage because shipping box is not damaged, part in box is damaged. condenser is crushed and I don't want to spend more money testing this product on my Mercedes. This business model needs to be more communicative and trustworthy. The oil cap is not right fit, products shipped should be verified to fit. No reason to receive random parts. I want to be able to return and get refund. No response for RMA from parts geek. Very disappointment since I'm a geek for cars. I have to find a new site, this was my first time using this site. I paid for extra shipping, come on!"

"I would have given a 4+ rating, but my parts didn’t arrive for two weeks and when I got them the dust flanges on both axles were smashed over. They had to be removed and fixed. The packaging was horrible. The box was damaged from being dropped, which is the cause of the smashed dust flanges. There was no protective material inside the box with the axles.
