"Ordered the 1949 Chevrolet truck fuel tank kit-Replacement. Box was punctured is several places and had been re-taped in several places. When the box was opened the few pieces of styrofoam protecting the unit were broken and the accessories were strewn throughout the box. The fuel sending unit was bent as was the sending unit float arm. Nothing was in their respective packaging and screws were found loose in the box. I could chalk this up to just poor packaging practices, but I also found an RMA (return authorization document) in the box from another customer. The reason for their return was "Item defective or doesn't work". And a must be returned date of: 10/07/2024.
Apparently this item was just returned from another customer and, per your instructions, they included the RMA form in the box for credit. It seems as though the items returned were never inspected and a new shipping label was slapped on the box and the previous customers RMA was forwarded to me."

"I ordered 2007 Ford Explorer Sway Bar Link and Bushing Kit consisting of 4 components SKU 498-523. The left and right Sway Bar Links and bushings fit perfect. I was unable to use the 2-center bushing though. The Sway Bar has a raised ring completely around it where the 2-center bushing fit. The center bushings provided with the kit only had a groove on 1/2 of the center bushing and therefore would not fit. Both pieces of each center bushing should have had a groove to fit over the raised ring on the sway bar. I did not have time to return it and wait for a replacement. Since the main pieces I needed were the left & right side and fit perfect, I just installed those. It was my 1st experience using Parts Geek and would probably not use again."
