Last order took longer than I expected. When I contacted PartsGeek, I was told that the shipping I paid for was not the fastest option. "Parts came in two separate boxes and two separate shipments. Both boxes were damaged upon arrival. The carbord boxes could have been stronger. Very thin boxes, which I believe is the reason why the packages arrived at my home damaged. Also recommend changing shipping carrier. One that takes better care of packages during transit. "

"Customer service was unhelpful, the part (a rear spring coil) was advertised and supposedly sold as a pair, but only one was received. The car was in the shop to have the coil replaced at the time the shortage was determined and I was not able to simply cancel the appt and return the item and wait to be sent the same 1 item again (OEM part number is used, and OEM part is sold as a single coil) shop didn’t keep packaging etc for me to send pics to them etc for possible refund or shipment of the 2nd item, but the reality is all they had to do was reach out to their warehouse and figure out for themselves that the pair ships as 1 single piece. "
